When you successfully order any product from us, at first we check the ordered product, if the product( example – Drone ) works perfectly then we pack the product securely and attach the address label on the box which contains the information of customer. After that, we ship it as soon as possible. You can also connect on video call while we check your ordered product.
In this process if we mistakenly pack a wrong item and give you a wrong product, we will give you replacement. It means delivery partner will pick the wrong item with the label attached box from you and will deliver you the original product that you have ordered.
In other case if your parcel got damage or loss in transit or your product got damage then we will also give you replacement.
